No, NinjaRMM is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month for the number of devices you monitor.
Do I get charged differently for monitoring workstations, servers SNMP devices, or cloud monitors?
We charge the same per device, per month. Cloud monitors are included for free.
Do I need a server or any type internal infrastructure to support monitoring devices?
No. NinjaRMM cloud-based architecture scales as you grow. Just deploy agents for Windows or Mac devices, and probes for SNMP-enabled devices and you’re good to go. Each instance of NinjaRMM supports millions of devices.
Do I need a WSUS Server to enable patch management on Windows devices?
No. NinjaRMM has a built-in patching engine that will override WSUS settings. Approval and scheduling settings are managed centrally from the cloud.
Can I have consolidated billing with your third party integration vendors?
You have the option to deploy and manage antivirus (ThreatTrack Vipre, Webroot, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes), backups and other tools through NinjaRMM. We can provide consolidated for these a-la-carte items.
How do I receive version upgrades?
All version upgrades are a part of your monthly subscription.
Yes. We have a comprehensive devices API where you can pull substantial amounts of information based on devices monitored. Separately, we a webhook for alerts in case you want to build custom notifications in your current systems.
Do you have any distributors?

Where are the NinjaRMM servers located?
We work with the cloud-computing category leader Amazon Web Services to deploy NinjaRMM around the world. Currently the main instance is based in the United States.
